LoginMN Registration for Minnesota Provider Screening and Enrollment (MPSE) Portal Access
To begin your enrollment process with the Minnesota Health Care Programs (MHCP), complete all the required fields and register with LoginMN. You will receive an email with a link to LoginMN to complete your registration. Once you have registered and logged into your account, click on the MN-ITS application. Then, on the left side of your MN-ITS home page, click the MPSE link to start your request.
